great generation pledge of allegiance

GET YOUR LIFE BACK

I want my life back.

Have you ever felt like this?

Do you want your life back?

Yeah, I want my life back. I know you do, too. I also want my dreams and goals back. And I want the money and energy to live my dreams. I’m on my way to doing this. And you can come along with me. Let’s talk about this. In just a minute.

But, first, let me tell you a story.

It’s a little story about Jack and Diane.

(Click here if ya wanna skip the story, and see what I’m “drinking” to get my life back. Or just keep reading.)

great generation pledge of allegiance
Jack stood and said the “Pledge of Allegiance” every day

Jack was a good ol’ country boy. Raised in the heartland of America. Raised in the Bible Belt. Jack did what his parents said he should do. He studied hard in school and got good grades. Jack stood and said the “Pledge of Allegiance to the American Flag” every day in grade school. Went to Sunday School every Sunday, played sports in high school. Jack was a football star.

And in his senior year, Jack got a scholarship.

Jack and Diane got married.

Jack and Diane – just two American kids doing the best they can

Jack went to the city to go to college. And while he was running on the track, Jack met Diane. Diane was raised just like Jack. Raised in the Bible Belt, went to Sunday School. And, after high school, Diane went to college – just doing what her parents said she should do.

Two years later, Jack and Diane got married.

Jack and Diane were good American kids

…and had a passion for life. And had a lot of dreams and goals. So Jack finished his degree. In fact, Jack earned two degrees.

Jack got a good corporate job thanks to a football alumnus. Diane earned her degree in elementary education and taught third-graders. Just two American kids doing the best they can.

Jack and Diane bought a home and raised a family. They went to church and PTA meetings. Jack coached little league baseball; and Diane taught Sunday School. Just like their parents did. Just two American kids doing the best they can.

Jack got a promotion.

And a cool corporate title with a private office. And Jack worked even harder. In fact, Jack worked too hard. Sadly, life went sideways for a while. Jack went to drug rehab for alcoholism, got straight and then stayed clean and sober for many years. Good for Jack. And Diane.

Soon Diane became the school principal.

Jack kept working hard and got another promotion. And got a corner office with windows.

Jack and Diane sent their children to college. And their children earned their college degrees. Just like their parents.

Jack and Diane – now retired – two American kids just doing the best they can

Jack and Diane worked hard long after the thrill of working was gone. Just doing the best they could. After their children graduated from college, Diane retired. And five years later, Jack retired.

Wow, that story went fast for Jack and Diane.

Now retired, Jack and Diane realize they used to have a lot of dreams in high school and in their 20’s and 30’s. But somewhere in their 40’s and 50’s, Jack and Diane sacrificed their dreams to the middle-class grind. They surrendered their dreams to the daily hard work of getting promotions, going to church, coaching little league, raising children and mowing the lawn.

Along the way, Jack and Diane let somebody (or some thing) steal their passions. And their dreams.

Sound familiar?

This is a story about Jack and Diane, but…

… hey, we’re Jack and Diane. Anyway, we’re just like Jack and Diane. We know their story. Their story is our story. Especially, the part about losing their dreams.

Don’t let this happen to you. Again.

Not again. Not in the 4th quarter of your life.

Today we don’t have those cool job titles. Or those great incomes anymore. And we sure don’t have our athletic high school bodies.

And somewhere we let some thing (or somebody) steal our dreams.

Did this happen to you?

Yeah, me too. Now I want my life back. We want our dreams back.

Don’t let this happen to you. Again. In the 4th quarter of your life.

I want to finish strong.

And I’m guessing you want to finish strong, too.

We want our dreams back. And it’s our job to get them back.

what is true
you are standing at a crossroads – time to make a decision

Now we are at a crossroads.

It’s time to make a decision. About our dreams in the 4th quarter.

Let me tell you my story today. Please, please, stay with me. I’ll be quick.

I’m just like you. I lost that great athletic body years ago while pursuing those corporate promotions. And pursuing my addictions. And the middle-class grind.

I lost my health due to neglect. Getting tired and lazy. And it’s my job to change. I want my life back.

I have not maintained my body very well – for 30 years. And this body has many more than just 200,000 miles on it. You get the picture. In fact, if you’re like me, you can feel the picture. You can “feel my pain.” Literally.

In the 4th quarter of my life…

I’ve missed grandchildren’s events. Events at the ocean, on the soccer field, at the park and more. A hip replacement was a partial solution. But just a partial solution.

How humiliating to wear sandals all the time. Not because you like sandals. But because you can’t tie your own shoes.

And I don’t remove my shirt at the lake (or beach) anymore. It’s just too embarrassing. Don’t let this happen to you.

writing WITHOUT joint discomfort

After learning how to walk again, I still experienced awful joint discomfort in my hands. I was on my way to losing the ability to write. Until I found a solution for my joints. And it’s not more medication. It’s a drink with magic inside of it – not really magic. But it feels like magic. It’s got collagen and some kinda matrix technology (?) and other good stuff for my joints. Click here to learn more.

Just picture this, for a moment, if you will.

I’m (and you could, too) getting my joints back (not those 60’s joints). AND I’m getting my life back.

Back to throwing the baseball and football with grandchildren, and fun trips to the beach, and hiking, and picnics. I even attempted a “ropes course.” I didn’t finish, but I did live to tell about it. And to try again. I’m getting my life back. You could, too.

Imagine that. Doing some things you were not able to do. Doing some things that you want to do.

Ya gotta ask yourself, “Am I happy with what I’m getting from my life?”

What if you could…

…run again, play tennis again, golf without discomfort. That is what I am imagining as I write. As I write WITHOUT joint discomfort.

Imagine how that would feel to you. And to your grandchildren.

imagine that – getting your life back

Pursuing your goals again. What would that look like?

We can even encourage each other along the way.

But for now. Right now. Just click here to see what I am drinking. And no. It’s not Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey. That’s in my past. This is better.

You’re still standing at a crossroads.

what is true
you are standing at a crossroads

It’s time to make a decision. And click here. At least, just read about it.

Or click and try it for one month. I’m really glad I did. You’ll be glad, too.

If you don’t do anything, it’s only going to get worse. It’s decision time.

If ya keep doing what you’re doing,

…you’ll keep getting what you’re getting. Actually, no. It will just get worse.

Do not accept less than you deserve.

If you want more from your life, then here’s what you need to do.

Don’t let someone hijack your dreams. Again.
